1 · Prepaid service. Calls bill at 1.9¢/min from your balance. At $0.00 outgoing calls pause until funds are added; incoming and 911 stay available while your line rental is paid. Email alerts at $5 and $2.
2 · Charges. Line rental $9.99/mo. Business extensions include Messenger at $29.99/yr per extension — required, it powers the extension.
3 · All payments final — no refunds. Line rental, Messenger, credit preloads, and deposits are non-refundable. Load only what you intend to use.
4 · E911. Internet phone 911 differs from traditional lines: responders are sent to your registered service address — keep it current; 911 may be unavailable during power or internet outages.
5 · Your number. Assigned while service is active. A canceled number is released and cannot be recovered or ported after cancellation — port out first if you want to keep it.
6 · International. Off by default. Enabling requires signing the rate schedule and a $50 minimum non-refundable deposit.
7 · Acceptable use. No auto-dialing, spam, harassment, fraud, or resale. Service is used in the VOXIAS apps only; third-party SIP equipment is for wholesale accounts.
8 · Payment security. Payments are accepted only inside your authenticated account. We never email bank or wire details — treat any such email as fraud.
